Processing time  

All orders are processed within [1 to 5 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply.

Order tracking  

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Lost or delayed packages  

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once proof of delivery is generated. If your package shows as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact the carrier directly.

Damaged items  

If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.
